Twitter has plans to debut around-the-clock live video content in the near future. As revealed by Twitter CFO and COO Anthony Noto in a new interview with BuzzFeed, the social media giant is plotting its way into several new forms of media in order to become consumers’ one-stop shop for all things related to current events and culture. “We will definitely have 24/7 content on Twitter,” Noto tells BuzzFeed. “Our goal is to be a dependable place so that when you want to see what’s happening, you think of going to Twitter.” The team behind Twitter currently plans to announce the service’s first round of programs at next week’s NewFronts marketing exhibit. “We’re working on many, many things. There’s a lot in the pipeline,” explains Noto.
